For Nicholas
Nicholas Renon was my mother's father. He came to the USA at age 3 with German peasant parents, spent his youth in St. Louis, USA, left for Europe with his homesick parents, married and farmed in Romania, fled the Russians, served American forces as a translator (he spoke German, English, Hungarian and Romanian) and eventually came back to the USA. He was a wonderful, intelligent and caring man, who spent a lot of time with me. This one's for you grandpa. Key: C Major.
