Why should you buy the music on this website? Of course, it is only sold here. If you buy it for someone else, you’ve done your good deed for the day. If you yourself like it, it will be your faithful companion. You can rely on it as you grow older. It makes no demands and always stays the way you remember. That’s more than you can say about most things in life.
When you buy this music, you will wind up with one or more zip files. There are two kinds of files included, ones ending in .mp3 (the music) and ones ending in .lrc (the lyrics). For any given song, there are one of each (they have the same name before the dot). Use the names to pick the songs and versions you like (based on what you hear on this website) and put them in the music directory on your phone, car stereo or mp3 player. On a phone or mp3 player, the lyrics will scroll as the music plays. I recommend the Pulsar or the Blackplayer music apps on Android.
It was a lot of fun compiling this music collection, but also a lot of work, which is why there are no free downloads. You can buy individual songs, but it is much more economical (and useful) to purchase the entire collection (8 hours of music) for $100.
When you order you will get a confirmation email, and a second email with a download link. Once you click the link you have 24 hours to download, after which the link expires. If you have a problem downloading, respond to the email address on the Contacts page.
This music makes for ideal “easy listening”. You can put the songs and lyrics on your phone, mp3 player, computer or other device. Make playlists to hear only your favorites, or use shuffle. We recommend the Pulsar player on Google Play (Android).
Music for Mature Souls would also be ideal as a gift for those who are immobile, bedridden or disabled, those folks in hospital or hospice, and those suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia etc..
